Getting the enquiry is the easy half and it is the half everyone sells. What decides whether you make any money is what happens in the fortnight afterwards, and almost nobody touches that. Cold to Closed is the whole run.
Lead generation means somebody sells you names and it is then your problem. You have probably bought them before. They sit in your inbox while you are on site, you ring 3 of them back on Thursday evening, 2 have already booked somebody else.
Lead management is the whole journey. Cold, to warm, to interested, to quoted, to booked, to done, to telling their neighbour. Every one of those steps is somewhere the job can quietly die, and every one of them is something that can be handled without you touching your phone.
Ads are step 1 of 8, and the only optional one. They are also the step most people mean when they say they will do your marketing.
Built once, then it runs whether you are up a ladder or asleep.
| They have never heard of youAds in front of people in your postcodes, when you want them. Everything below runs without them | 1 |
| They enquireYour website form, a Facebook form or the phone. Not a DM you find on Sunday | 2 |
| Seconds laterA text and an email, immediately, while you are still on the job. Miss their call and a text goes straight back to them | 3 |
| They go quietSeven days of follow-up that stops dead the moment they reply | 4 |
| They pick a slotA booking link into your diary, so you are not playing phone tag to arrange a look | 5 |
| You have quotedChased at 2 days, 5, 10, 20 and 30, because a quote nobody follows up is a quote you have paid to produce and then abandoned | 6 |
| The job is doneA review request goes out on its own, while they are still pleased with you | 7 |
| They know somebodyA referral offer, and 10% off their next job, that run through the system so you can see them working | 8 |
6 of those 8 happen after the enquiry has landed. That is the part most of this industry leaves to you. And all of it runs whether or not you're running ads. The ads are the tap, not the system.
| Every monthAll 8 steps, built and run for you, with the website in it. Nothing inside is priced separately | £750 |
| SetupOne off, to build the whole thing. £0 for the next 3 clients | £500 |
| The ad spendOnly if we run ads. Straight to Meta on your card. I never touch it and I do not mark it up | Yours |
Month to month from day one, a month's notice. No minimum term. And the only extra cost of running ads is what you give Meta. I earn the same whether the ads are on or off, so I'll only tell you to run them when your numbers say they'll pay.
On the call I will ask what is actually left on a job once materials, labour and everything else has come out of it. Then we work out together whether £750 a month, and the ads if we run them, can be paid for out of the work it brings in.
If it cannot, I will tell you on that call and we will leave it there. I would rather lose the sale than take £750 a month off somebody it can't pay back.
No pitch. I'll ask what a job's worth to you once everything's paid, and whether you could handle more of them. If it's not a fit I'll say so and you've lost ten minutes.
Pick a time that suits you below. You'll get a reminder the day before, and it'll be me ringing, not a call centre.
