The installer named on the enquiry form you used ("the installer") carries out the work you have enquired about.
Kenz Marketing ("we", "the marketing agency") runs the advertising you responded to, and looks after the messages you receive afterwards on the installer's behalf.

Data protection law calls the organisation that decides how your information is used the "controller". For your enquiry that is the installer. We run the system for them.
| What | Who decides | Who acts |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising you saw, the enquiry form, the replies, appointment booking, the short message asking whether you went ahead, and any review request | the installer is the controller | we act on their instructions |
Only what you put into the enquiry form, plus a record of what happened afterwards.
We do not collect anything about your health, finances, beliefs or anything else the law treats as special category data. Please do not send any in a reply.
| Purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Contacting you about the enquiry you made — by text, email and phone | Consent, given when you ticked the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time |
| Booking and confirming an appointment | Consent, as above |
| Following up a quote you have been given | Consent, as above |
| Asking, about two months later, whether you went ahead with the work | Consent, as above. This is explained in full below |
| Asking for a review once work is complete | Consent, as above |
| Keeping records we are legally required to keep | Legal obligation |
About two months after you enquire, you may get one short message asking whether you went ahead with the work.
We are telling you this now, before you submit anything, because it is only fair that you know. It is asked for one reason: the installer wants to know whether you were looked after properly, and whether the work is finished — because that is when they would like to ask you for a review, and not before.
You do not have to answer it. Replying STOP to any message stops all of them, including this one, and it will not affect the work or any quote you have been given.
We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to any other installer.
Some of the companies that run our software are based outside the UK, mainly in the United States — including the system that stores your details and sends the messages, and Meta, where you submitted the form.
Where information leaves the UK we rely on the safeguards the law requires for those transfers, such as the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement or an approved adequacy decision. You can ask us for details at [email protected].
The enquiry form checks your postcode automatically, and will not accept an enquiry from outside the area the installer covers. It also sends a code to your mobile to check the number is real.
No decision about you as a person is made automatically — a human reads every enquiry that comes through, and the postcode check is only about whether the installer travels to where you live.

You can withdraw consent at any time. It will not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
Ask by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within one month. There is no charge.
The installer is responsible for your information, but you can contact either of us and we will deal with it between us — you do not have to work out which.
If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, tell us first at [email protected] and we will try to put it right.
