How we handle the contact details of business owners and staff we approach about our services. If you are a homeowner who has enquired through one of our clients' adverts, a separate notice applies at the point you submit your details.
We do not collect special category data, and we do not use automated decision-making.

Our marketing calls are screened against the Telephone Preference Service and the Corporate Telephone Preference Service before we make them.
Nobody, other than the service providers we use to run our own business — currently GoHighLevel (our CRM and messaging system) and Microsoft 365 (email). They act on our instructions and cannot use your data for their own purposes.
